Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders ship via Canada Post from our workshop in Athabasca, Alberta. Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and shipped within 5 business days (not including postal transit times).

While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, processing may take longer during holidays and high-volume times.

$15 flat rate shipping Canada-wide.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Real Bomb Co. cannot be held responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, carrier’s package delivery discretion, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer on the original online order, lost or stolen packages.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

We will happily replace any missing or damaged items at no additional cost, provided you contact us at therealbomb@hotmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and attach a photo of the damaged product and shipping materials to ensure a speedy response time from us.

Failure to contact us promptly within 72 hours of receipt voids any responsibility we may have had.
