Do your products work for sensitive skin, dry skin or eczema?

We use only cosmetic-grade ingredients that are safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin, dry skin and eczema. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please check all ingredients before purchasing. We are not responsible for allergic reactions and are transparent with our ingredients in each product listing.

Where can I buy your products in person?
Check out our Stockists page to see if there is retailer near you. Not all of our retailers carry our full line, so it is best to call ahead if you are looking for a particular product. We are adding new stockists across Canada, so if The Real Bomb Co. is not sold in your town yet, send us the name of your favourite shop!

Why are your bath bombs wrapped in plastic?
The shrink film helps prevent the bath bombs from breaking down and keeps them clean and sanitary, while sealing in the fragrance oils so that they smell as fresh as the day they were made.

Can I add to, change, or cancel my order?
To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us within 24 hours with your name, order number and additional items being requested and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, you may need to place a new order. Additional costs for merchandise and shipping will be added to your original bill.  

Cancelled orders (orders that have been placed, but not shipped) will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from your refund.
